Booking Terms & Conditions

  • Payment is due on the day of treatment.
  • Appointments cancelled within 24 hours and missed appointments will incur a £15 charge.
  • If you choose to cancel treatment with credit on your account, the credit will remain indefinitely, may be swapped to another account or may be refunded to you.

How Does it Work?

It’s a monthly payment that loads onto your account at the start of the month, for you to use at whichever frequency suits you best.

If you’re not sure, or you’re in the process of phasing out your treatments then you can speak to your practitioner to find out what’s best.

Payment Options

The adjustment fee varies depending on whether you choose to Pay as you Go (PAYG) pay in blocks or a rolling direct debit. Pay as you Go is a standard price of £48.

If you choose to pay in treatment blocks of 6 or more, this reduces the fee to £40 each. Most common is a 6 block of treatment which is £240 instead of £288. Your chiropractor or sports therapist will discuss a bespoke plan based on your presenting case, your history, sensitivity to treatment and overall health and activity levels. If you choose to block pay, the credit will stay on the account indefinitely, or an unused credit can be returned to you.

If you choose to pay by direct debit for maintenance adjustments/massage, this is done through a monthly rolling payment with no tie-in. The options are fortnightly, monthly, 6 weekly or every other month. The price of these equates to £40 per adjustment.
